Our fees are inclusive – there are no last minute add-ons ie GST

Additional fee/s of $35 – $50 (depending on complexity) will be changed for extra expense schedules, car, self education, depreciation, etc.

Additional fee of $175 will be charged for each additional rental property.

Merchant fees may apply at 1.75% for Visa & Mastercard. Eftpos $0.30 per transaction.

We will provide you with an estimate of our fees before we commence work on your behalf. We reserve the right to amend our estimate should it be found that extra or supplementary work is required.
